Essential skills
- Professional experience (5+ years) in Service Desk and/or similar roles;
- Strong command of Active Directory, O365, software installation, printers, and other standard applications;
- Solid knowledge of concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi;
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Czech, Italian, German, or Spanish – Mandatory Requirement.
