Manager, Credit - The Toro Company

As the Manager, Credit, you will lead global credit, collections, and customer onboarding activities, ensuring sound risk management practices while supporting business growth through effective cross-functional collaboration and process excellence.

What Will You Do?  

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:  

• ​​​​ Lead and develop a team responsible for global credit, collections, and customer onboarding activities, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, support business growth, and strengthen risk management practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to support key business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Analyze business and customer data to identify trends, improve decision-making, and optimize credit and collections performance.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while serving as a trusted resource for credit-related matters and customer account management.

What Do You Need?  

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:  

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Credit, Finance, Collections, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading projects, driving process improvements, and utilizing data to support business decisions.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience with SAP, GetPaid, HighRadius, or similar business systems.
• Experience using Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
• Experience supporting global credit and collections operations.

• Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between ​$103,300​ - ​$120,000​. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
