As a Software Engineer Senior within PNC's Data and Automation Artificial Intelligence organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA

a. Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable, production grade software solutions that power critical business capabilities
b. Serves as a technical owner for complex components or services, contributing to system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
c. Works closely with product managers, architects, and platform teams to translate business requirements into well designed technical solutions
d. Leads by example through code quality, peer reviews, and mentoring, helping elevate engineering standards across the team
e. Operates with a high degree of autonomy, solving ambiguous problems and making sound technical decisions that balance quality, performance, and risk

Job Description

• Provides detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms.
• Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
• Writes code, tests and deploys software.
• Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software.
• Maintains and debugs software.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $86,250.00 – $172,500.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
