SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. This role involves close collaboration with team members across Global Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Business Partners and business leaders across the enterprise. The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage a variety of scheduling tasks, candidate travel arrangements, background check facilitation, and interview coordination. This individual will also support strategic project work to drive efficiency and overall improved ways of working to support the Talent Acquisition team and the broader Talent Center of Excellence (COE).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead initiatives to streamline interview scheduling, candidate communication, and pre-employment workflows to reduce cycle time and improve operational efficiency.
Provide strategic talent sourcing support and assist in initial screening of candidates.
Identify manual processes and propose automation opportunities using existing tools (e.g., Workday, Outlook, Teams).
Track operational bottlenecks and partner with TA leadership to design improvements.
Effectively communicate with interviewers and administrative assistants to ensure smooth coordination.
Arrange candidate travel and accommodations when necessary and oversee candidate reimbursement process.
Facilitate background checks and monitor progress.
Oversee Purchase Orders and invoices processing for Talent COE
Maintain and manage an interview tracker to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Lead or support special projects that improve Talent programs
Help ensure communication, templates, interview materials, and candidate touchpoints reflect Integra's employer brand and values.
Contribute to the development of best practices for candidate-facing interactions.
Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 3 - 5 years of recruiting coordination experience.
Associate’s degree preferred.
Proven ability to take initiative and interact professionally with senior management, colleagues, and staff at all organizational levels.
Ability to maintain and handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
Excellent written, oral, and telephone communication skills.
Solid experience with Microsoft Office and, ideally, Workday
Ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
