Job Description
The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient service while preparing and serving food and beverages. This role helps create a positive guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality, accuracy, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide attentive, courteous service.
- Take, process, and accurately fulfill food and beverage orders.
- Prepare and serve menu items according to company standards.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, equipment, and workstations.
- Restock food, beverages, packaging, and other supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Respond professionally to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
- Support opening, closing, inventory, and general operational duties.
- Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
