Position Description
Voltus has an immediate opening for a Field Marketing Manager. This role will own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for select territories across the US and Canada - from developing positioning and differentiation, to bringing that messaging to life through email campaigns, trade shows, in-person events, and webinars. Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Marketing, this role will be focused on helping Sales meet their annual, regional, and win rate goals.
This person will act as a true thought-partner to Sales and Energy Markets - not just a support function. Success in this role means becoming deeply embedded in these teams' day-to-day work: understanding their pipeline, their territory dynamics, and where deals are getting won or lost, closely enough to proactively surface more leads, help move deals across the finish line, and anticipate what Sales will need next before they have to ask.
