Responsibilities
- Exemplary Customer Service: Provide top-notch support to customers and technicians by handling inquiries and orders with professionalism and timely delivery services
- Product Knowledge and Support: Support parts receiving, stocking, and inventory control, including cycle counts and physical inventory checks
- Professional Representation: Perform various duties around the facility and department to ensure a professional and welcoming environment, including basic cleaning, inventory counts, and organization
