You lead new business opportunities in right store opportunities in white space retail environments. You use your deep understanding of our categories and brands to sell to new customers and to expand current customers’ portfolios. In this role, you develop promotional pricing structures to fit with customer needs.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Responsible for developing and successfully implementing the commercial plan strengthen and expand Mondelēz International’s position with and assigned customer by preparing, negotiating and executing the business plans
- Responsible for the coordination between the customer and Mondelēz International internal functions
- Accountable for maintaining and developing strategic growth plans for customers with a focus on portfolio management, listings, distribution and effective promotion and visibility
- Build and develop strong category partnerships
- Manage pricing within the Gross to Net Framework, Assortment management, Forecast accuracy in conjunction with supply chain function
- Together with cross functional colleagues evaluate, plan & execute appropriate promotional and in store visibility
- Monitor, analyze and report on market developments and competitor developments

KAM – Omni will partner very closely with the Omni marketing teams, Omni CPA team and Brand Marketing team for the implementation of the Flywheel metrics towards delivering the revenue ask

Job specifics include the following:
• IOP and Market Share Delivery
• Budgeting for spends on promotions and key media activations
• Develop joint business plans by aligning customer objectives, needs and KPI’s with
the internal business objectives to drive profitable growth for the customer
• Lead high-level terms of trade negotiations and follow best practice structured negotiation process to successful conclusion
• Develop and implement strategies for in-depth analysis, reporting and growth in online sales KPIs, customer retention and brand experience
• Develop high level customer – shopper strategy leveraging customer and shopper insights basis the data shared by accounts
• Channelize customer investments towards achievement of JBP objectives
• Work with Finance team to drive commercial hygiene and ensuring timely collections as well as plan towards lowering the cost to serve the customers.
