Description
Principal Responsibilities:
1.Complete the formulation of annual work objectives.
2.Perform HSE-S duties in accordance with the HSE-S Commitment Letter.
3.Develop the master maintenance plan for production equipment, implement preventive maintenance, eliminate potential equipment safety hazards and optimize operating parameters to improve equipment operational stability.
4.Identify equipment spare parts, compile spare parts lists and conduct inventory management.
Conduct preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis and emergency repair for workshop equipment including DMG MORI machine tools, sheet metal bending machines and plastic plate cutting machines. Rapidly troubleshoot issues with equipment operating systems, electrical circuits, PLCs, inverters, servo systems and sensors to minimize downtime.
5.Guide operators to use equipment in compliance with regulations, carry out daily electrical inspections and enforce equipment safety operating procedures.
6.Manage User Requirement Specification (URS), change control, installation, system commissioning, acceptance and handover of new production equipment for plant expansion and renovation projects, and oversee on-site construction management.
7.Establish technical documents for production equipment, including technical files, electrical drawings, PLC programs and parameter sheets. Revise and improve equipment operation & maintenance standards and operating specifications to provide technical support for subsequent maintenance work.
8.Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for production equipment. Collect and analyze key indicators such as OEE, MTBF and MTTR to reduce failure rates and shorten repair time. Build an equipment fault knowledge base and prepare analysis reports on typical failure cases.
9.Carry out equipment improvement initiatives and provide technical support. Deliver professional electrical skill training for maintenance technicians to enhance the team’s overall capability in resolving electrical faults.
10.Complete other ad-hoc tasks related to equipment engineering and maintenance assigned by superiors.
Required Skills:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Mechatronics, CNC Equipment Application or other related fields. Possess relevant electrical maintenance qualifications and a valid Low-Voltage Electrician Certificate.
2.Over 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance or automated equipment commissioning within manufacturing enterprises. Familiar with electrical systems and control principles of production equipment. Proficient in troubleshooting electrical faults of CNC equipment; capable of independently inspecting, repairing and commissioning PLCs, servo drives, inverters and electrical circuits, with hands-on experience in equipment installation, commissioning and technical retrofitting.
3.Well-versed in the equipment preventive maintenance system. Possess strong emergency troubleshooting skills and practical hands-on ability to quickly resolve unexpected electrical failures.
4.Meticulous, responsible and safety-conscious. Demonstrate strong sense of accountability, communication skills and team spirit.
5.Candidates with experience in maintenance, installation and commissioning of imported DMG MORI machine tools or mainstream domestic CNC equipment, as well as equipment docking for plant expansion and renovation projects are preferred.
6.Fluent in Mandarin; proficient in English reading and writing.
7.Skilled in Excel for data processing and Word for document editing.
8.Competent in PPT creation with clear logical thinking.
9.Basic ability to read and draw drawings using AutoCAD.
