Project Manager – Signage (ZR-705)

Horizon Tech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial signage and branding projects from award through final installation. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with clients, designers, engineers, manufacturing teams, permitting departments, installers, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Experience in the sign industry, construction management, architectural signage, or large-scale branding projects is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple signage and branding projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with design, estimating, engineering, permitting, production, logistics, and installation teams.
• Track project progress and proactively resolve schedule, manufacturing, permitting, or installation issues.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, freight carriers, and installation crews nationwide.
• Ensure projects comply with client specifications, local codes, and quality standards.
• Review drawings, work orders, purchase orders, and production documentation for accuracy.
• Monitor project costs, change orders, and profitability.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular status reports to clients and internal leadership.
• Support national rebranding and multi-location rollout programs.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3–7+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in signage, construction, architectural products, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and coordination.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with vendors, subcontractors, and installation teams.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/CRM or project management software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
