Junior Architect

Junior Architect – Bangalore

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Assist in the preparation of concept designs, schematic designs, and detailed architectural drawings.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, and presentation materials using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support project teams in design coordination with structural, MEP, and other multidisciplinary consultants.
• Participate in site analysis, documentation, and preparation of design reports.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Assist in preparing construction drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout project stages.
• Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of BIM/Revit workflows will be an added advantage.
• Experience in mixed-use, commercial, residential, institutional, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Location: Bangalore, Karnataka.
