Join Infineon as a Senior Staff Technician, Unit Process Engineering, where you will support and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes, drive continuous improvements, and ensure high-quality production through technical expertise and hands-on problem-solving. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Support production shift activities and ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Troubleshoot process and equipment-related issues to minimize downtime. Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing teams to achieve production targets. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in Final Test, AOI, or backend processes. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in production environments. Familiarity with process control, yield improvement, and quality tools.
