Role Definition:

• Vision & Strategy: Own the end-to-end Warehousing business process and capability vision, identifying and

recommending high-value solutions aligned with Solar's strategic objectives.

• Prioritization & Direction: Establish priorities and provide clear direction to EBPs and business analysts to translate the

vision into business capabilities, requirements, and executable solutions.

• Roadmap & Stakeholder Alignment: Own the Warehousing capability roadmap and align business and technology

stakeholders on priorities, investments, dependencies, and future-state solutions.

• Warehouse Domain Collaboration: Join a dynamic team of warehouse specialists who help Solar grow by improving

Warehousing processes and capabilities.

• Coaching & Mentoring: Coach and mentor team members to strengthen business analysis, Warehousing domain

knowledge, and solution delivery capabilities

Key Accountabilities :

• Assisting in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products; Analyzing existing offerings, preparing technical documentation, and recommending upgrades.

• Conducting market research to do a comparative analysis of competitor offerings and provide recommendations for developing a more effective product/service.

• Identifying user/client requirements for a product or service and defining technical specifications; Preparing technical documentation and sharing them with senior analysts and technical teams.

• Supporting senior analysts by fulfilling their data requests, preparing reports, and providing technical assistance; Participating in initiatives to improve processes efficiency and employee productivity.

• Manages cost items in producing and maintaining documentation.

• Establishes and references best practices for existing and planned tools and delivery vehicles for proper documentation.

Product Design and Development: Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production.

• Develops organizational standards and processes in order to maximize complex product services' efficiency and effectiveness.

• Creates and introduces new techniques that expedite or simplify the development process.

• Supervises the management of multiple and diverse types of products or services.

• Advises on the appropriate solutions to complex product design and development problems.

• Designs working prototypes of a variety of proposed products or services.

Degree Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or I.T.

Summary Pay Range:

$128,470.00 - $192,710.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
