Senior Manager, IT – Technical Platforms (Signavio)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager, IT – Technical Platforms (Signavio) to lead program management and delivery for the Signavio initiative as part of the ERP Technical Platforms Leadership team, reporting to the Director of ERP Technical Platforms. This role combines platform leadership, disciplined delivery execution, and strong partner management to ensure the Signavio environment is set up securely, integrated effectively, and delivered consistently across all involved third parties. A critical focus of this role is the data extraction and transformation required for Signavio—this is the main gap today and is essential to enabling reliable, accurate, and timely data flows into Signavio to support intended outcomes. The role will have a Manager reporting to them and will partner closely with the Signavio COE.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership, Program Management, and Delivery
- Serve as a member of the ERP Technical Platforms Leadership team, reporting to the Director of ERP Technical Platforms
- Lead end-to-end program management and delivery for the Signavio initiative, including planning, execution, dependency management, and delivery governance
- Manage and develop a Manager who will report into this role, ensuring clarity of responsibilities, execution quality, and delivery outcomes
- Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and remediation plans clearly to leadership and key stakeholders
Third-Party Partner Management and Delivery Consistency
- Manage and coordinate the different 3rd parties accountable for delivery of the Signavio initiative
- Ensure consistency across third-party implementation partners, including clear accountability, delivery expectations, and performance management
- Drive delivery governance with external partners and internal stakeholders, including escalations and issue resolution
Signavio Platform and Technical Accountabilities
- Buys and manages the SAP licenses
- Sets up the tenant, log-ins and access
- Connects the systems and keeps the data flowing
- Does the technical setup and keeps it secure
- Manages 3rd party implementation partners ensuring consistency
Data Extraction and Transformation (Critical Focus Area)
- Lead and drive the data extraction and transformation work required for Signavio as a top delivery priority
- Establish clear accountability and delivery coordination across internal stakeholders and third parties to close the current gap in data extraction and transformation
- Ensure data flows are implemented and sustained to support ongoing delivery needs (including reliability, timeliness, and operational continuity)
COE Partnership and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the Signavio COE to align platform delivery, operating expectations, and ongoing execution needs
- Partner across infrastructure, security, application, architecture, and project teams to support enterprise priorities and enable successful delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in technical and leadership roles supporting enterprise platforms
- Experience leading outsourced or external partners and driving accountability in delivery and support models
- Strong delivery leadership and program management experience, including cross-functional coordination and governance discipline
- Ability to communicate strategic priorities, operational risks, major dependencies, and project status clearly to leadership and key stakeholders

- Third-party implementation partners operate with clear accountability, predictable delivery, and consistent standards
- The Signavio environment is set up effectively (tenant, log-ins and access) and operated securely
- Systems are connected and data flows are established and maintained to support Signavio needs
- The data extraction and transformation gap is addressed through sustained delivery ownership, coordination, and measurable progress
- Stakeholders and leadership have clear visibility into delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines through regular, disciplined program reporting
