Communications & Account Executive

KristiesLab is a strategic marketing, communications and experiential agency working with brands across Lebanon, the Gulf and the wider MENA region.

About the role

You will handle the day-to-day work on a group of client accounts, working with the Communications & Account Manager. The role is client-facing and covers account follow-up, PR, influencer campaigns and content, as well as KristiesLab's own marketing.

What you will do

Client accounts

• Handle daily communication with clients and answer their requests the same day
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, status reports and follow-ups
• Track action items and follow up with internal teams until they are done
• Keep account records, notes and trackers up to date

Communications and content

• Help prepare press releases, captions, talking points and briefing documents
• Coordinate content calendars and make sure content is delivered on time
• Check content against the brief and the brand before it goes for approval
• Collect campaign results, media coverage and post-campaign data

PR and media

• Help draft and send press materials
• Keep media and journalist lists up to date
• Coordinate press event logistics: invitations, confirmations, press kits and follow-ups
• Prepare media monitoring and coverage reports

Influencer campaigns

• Coordinate influencer briefings, content submissions and review rounds
• Track deliverables, posting schedules and usage rights
• Prepare influencer performance reports
• Research new influencers and content creators

Internal coordination

• Write first-draft briefs from client requests
• Coordinate with the creative, digital and production teams on client deliverables
• Follow timelines and flag delays early

Business development and agency marketing

• Help prepare proposals, presentations and case studies
• Support KristiesLab's own content calendar, social media and marketing materials

What we are looking for

• 1 to 3 years of experience in account management, communications, PR or marketing, ideally in an agency
• Strong writing and speaking skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable handling several projects at once
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and the Lebanese media and influencer scene
• Comfortable with client contact and with being on-ground during events
• Good command of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
