Communications & Account Manager

KristiesLab is a strategic marketing, communications and experiential agency working with brands across Lebanon, the Gulf and the wider MENA region.

About the role

You will manage a group of client accounts from brief to final report, and plan their communications across PR, influencers, digital and content. You will lead the Account Executives working on your accounts and also look after KristiesLab's own marketing.

What you will do

Client accounts

• Be the main contact for your clients
• Lead onboarding, briefing sessions, kick-off meetings and regular status reviews
• Follow client satisfaction and the quality of the work delivered
• Handle issues when they come up and propose solutions

Communications and campaigns

• Prepare integrated communications plans covering PR, marketing, influencers, digital and content
• Write key messages and brand narratives for your clients
• Review and approve client content before it is sent
• Advise clients on platforms, timing and campaign ideas

PR and media

• Plan PR and media outreach for your clients
• Prepare press releases, pitches, talking points and media kits
• Keep strong relationships with journalists and editors
• Coordinate press events, launches and interviews
• Follow media coverage and prepare media reports

Influencer campaigns

• Plan influencer campaigns and select the right influencers and creators
• Manage briefing, content review and performance tracking
• Coordinate contracts, usage rights and deliverables with the operations team

Internal coordination

• Write and issue client briefs to the internal teams
• Run internal kick-off and alignment meetings
• Follow deliverables and deadlines with the project, creative and digital teams
• Prepare status reports, recaps and client presentations
• Manage and guide the Communications & Account Executives

Business development

• Spot new opportunities with existing clients
• Take part in new business pitches, proposals, credentials and case studies
• Represent the agency at industry events

Agency marketing

• Plan and run KristiesLab's own marketing and communications
• Manage the agency's content calendar, social media, PR and partnerships
• Report on the results

What we are looking for

• 5 or more years of experience in account management, communications or integrated marketing, ideally in an agency
• Good knowledge of the Lebanese and regional media and influencer landscape
• Fluent Arabic and English (French is a plus)
• Strong writing and presentation skills: briefs, recaps, proposals and pitches
• Experience managing several client accounts at the same time
• Experience managing or guiding junior team members
• Comfortable being on-ground during events and launches
