Description
Role Purpose
Support daily HR and administrative operations.
Use basic AI tools to increase work speed, accuracy, and proper record management.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave information.
Support recruitment tasks, including interview scheduling and document verification.
Prepare HR reports using MS Excel and simple AI-based tools.
Assist with employee onboarding and exit processes.
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and administrative matters.
Use AI tools for resume screening, data organization, and basic reporting.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and proper handling of HR data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, and email.
Basic understanding of AI tools used in office or HR work.
Clear communication and strong record-keeping skills.
Willingness and ability to learn new AI tools quickly.
High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Preferred Skills
Experience using HR software or HRMS systems.
Exposure to digital or automated HR processes.
Interest in upgrading skills related to AI and technology.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in HR administration.
Location
