Job Description

As a Security Officer Reception Services Driver in Springdale, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will welcome patients, visitors, and staff while supporting a professional, secure environment. You will manage access, respond to security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and provide exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Staff a front desk or reception area, greet visitors, provide directions, and communicate applicable visitor access requirements in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Monitor entry activity, verify visitor credentials as required, maintain visitor records, and report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following healthcare facility procedures and notifying emergency contacts and/or site leadership as needed.
• Support a welcoming healthcare environment by answering phones, assisting with general inquiries, and coordinating with clinical staff, facilities personnel, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
