Description
Our client is a luxury 5* high-end Hotel located in Bangkok, Thailand. Hotel is part of a large worldwide chain.
Title of Position: Reservations Manager
Package: 70,000 - 80,000 Baht
About Job:
- To control room availability.
- To supervise reservation employees to efficiently carry out their routine work.
- To be responsible for all kinds of room reservations.
- To train new employees.
- To prepare reports and other documents i.e. Room Reservation Weekly Forecast, VIP or State Visit lists.
- To control reservation communication costs.
- To minimize the reservation communication costs.
- To supervise and prepare Room Reservation Weekly forecast.
Requirements
- Thai nationality.
- This senior role requires extensive experience in the same position within other luxury hospitality businesses. Local experience is preferred.
- A passion for service, leadership and team building.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Thai.
- Excellent knowledge of all relevant applications.
- A desire to build a long term career
