We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator with 4–7 years of experience in project coordination, engineering project management, or vendor management. The role primarily focuses on business coordination, vendor management, engineering delivery governance, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and final project sign-off.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of electrical engineering documentation and EPLAN workflows, along with strong stakeholder management and project tracking capabilities. This is not a hands-on EPLAN design role; instead, the candidate will coordinate between business stakeholders, internal engineering teams, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of engineering documentation.
The candidate should be capable of independently managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, resolving dependencies, coordinating reviews, and driving work through UAT and final approval.
