You'll sit in our Project Management Office at the intersection of web development, design, and business strategy—turning complex technical work into clear, on-time outcomes.

About the role 

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead and deliver complex, high-impact projects that require strategic vision, innovative thinking, and strong execution. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, and successfully deliver initiatives that drive measurable business value and exceed expectations.

Requirements:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed in alignment with strategic business goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and incorporated into project plans. Provide regular updates and manage expectations.
• Technical Expertise: A solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. CMS experience with Webflow, Contentful, or other
• Problem-Solving: A strong problem-solving ability, with the capacity to identify and address challenges proactively and efficiently, especially in times of escalations
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential disruptions. Implement proactive risk management strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure financial efficiency. Control costs and ensure project delivery within the allocated budget.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring team members have the resources and support they need to succeed.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the established quality standards. Implement effective quality control processes to maintain project excellence.
• Change Management: Facilitate change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal impact on ongoing business operations during project execution.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project performance against defined KPIs, providing detailed reports to stakeholders. Ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
