INFINITI of Chicago is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Service & Parts Manager to lead and oversee both our Service and Parts Departments. This is a unique hybrid leadership opportunity for an automotive professional who understands dealership operations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record of improving department performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Department Management

• Oversee daily operations of the Service Department to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, motivate, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Monitor service department performance, labor sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive ownership experience.
• Maintain manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and operational procedures.
• Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with leadership to achieve department goals and profitability.

Parts Department Management

• Oversee daily parts department operations and inventory management.
• Ensure proper inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and parts distribution.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and parts suppliers.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, obsolescence, and department profitability.
• Coordinate parts availability with the Service Department to maximize workflow and efficiency.
• Ensure accurate pricing, stocking, and inventory control procedures.

Leadership & Operations

• Manage and coordinate both departments to create a seamless service and parts operation.
• Establish performance goals and hold team members accountable.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and profitability.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Maintain a professional, team-oriented, and customer-first environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous automotive dealership management experience required.
• Experience in Service Management, Parts Management, or both strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of dealership service and parts operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and financial management skills.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) preferred.
• A passion for customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence.
