This position plays a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and promoting our services to the community. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that resonate with our mission of providing quality mental health support.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase awareness of MCS services.Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content to connect with our audience.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for outreach.Collaborate with the team to design promotional materials and campaigns.Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.RequirementsProven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the healthcare or non-profit sectors.Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.Nice to haveExperience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools.Knowledge of mental health services and community outreach strategies.
