Description
Experience Requirement: 6–10 years in construction management, with proven track record in industrial/manufacturing projects.
Project Types: Factories, warehouses, industrial plants, utilities integration.
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Supervise site activities and resolve technical issues.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of industrial building codes and standards.
Familiarity with utilities (HVAC, compressed air, water treatment, power systems).
Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project).
Understanding of lean construction and workflow optimization.
Soft Skills:
Leadership and team management.
Problem-solving and decision-making.
Communication and stakeholder coordination.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
