As a Personal Carer at WMQ Sinnamon Park, you will support residents within our residential aged care community, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort. You’ll provide high-quality person-centred care and be part of a supportive team that makes a real difference every day.
You Will:
Provide personal care, hygiene, showering, and mobility support
Assist residents with meals and daily living tasks
Support residents’ wellbeing with respect and compassion
Report resident care and wellbeing accurately to the Registered/Clinical Nurse or Facility Manager
Contribute ideas to improve services and teamwork
What We’re Looking For:
Positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to learn
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Respect and empathy for residents, families, and colleagues
Essential Requirements:
Paid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Certificate III in Individual Support
Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination
Ability to work across a rotating 7-day roster
