Senior Manager, Digital Account Marketing

Nike is looking for a strategic marketing leader to shape growth across one of our most important digital commerce partnerships. Operating at the intersection of marketing, media, commerce and business strategy, this role is responsible for building integrated growth plans that strengthen consumer engagement, accelerate marketplace performance and drive measurable business results.

As digital commerce continues to evolve, you'll help define how Nike connects with consumers across a complex ecosystem where content, retail media, consumer journeys and commercial performance are increasingly interconnected. You'll bring together digital marketing, retail media and account marketing into a unified growth agenda, influencing senior stakeholders, shaping investment decisions and identifying new opportunities to drive long-term growth. Through this work, you'll help position Nike at the forefront of innovation within one of the world's most dynamic digital commerce environments.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role partners closely with Integrated Account Teams, Integrated Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Integrated Media, and Analytics & Insights teams, as well as stakeholders within one of Nike's most strategic digital retail partners and agency partners.

As part of the EMEA Integrated Retail Marketing team, the Senior Manager, Digital Account Marketing sits at the intersection of marketing, media, commerce, and business strategy, shaping digital growth across a critical retail ecosystem. The role brings together Digital Marketing, Retail Media, and Account Marketing to build integrated growth strategies that deepen consumer engagement, elevate the consumer experience, and drive commercial performance. Through strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic leadership, this role helps influence key business priorities, guides investment decisions, and contributes to how Nike wins in an increasingly dynamic digital commerce landscape.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As Senior Manager, Digital Account Marketing, you will lead digital marketing strategy for a strategic digital retail partner and translate that strategy into connected plans across marketing, retail media and commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the long-term digital account marketing strategy.
• Create integrated growth plans across Digital Marketing, Retail Media and commerce channels.
• Shape retail media investment strategies, optimization frameworks and learning agendas.
• Build consumer-led digital journey strategies across onsite experiences, CRM, content and paid media.
• Bring the digital consumer perspective into key planning and business forums.
• Lead strategic planning processes and align stakeholders around shared priorities, decisions and outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders across Nike, agency partners and the retail partner.
• Establish measurement frameworks that connect activity, learning and performance.
• Identify emerging opportunities in digital commerce, consumer behavior and marketplace innovation.
• Drive new ways of working that raise digital marketing capability and scale best practices.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Digital Marketing and Retail Media.
