Job Description:
This is a grant funded position that will expire no later than 6/30/2030.

Job Duties:
- Under the direction of the Executive Director, establishes and fosters partnerships among participating state agencies, secondary schools, postsecondary institutions, contractors, and business and industry partners to facilitate the exchange of information and disseminate resources, publications, and other communications.
- Works closely with participating state agencies, secondary schools, postsecondary institutions, and contractors to coordinate stakeholder meetings and engagement activities and follow-up reporting.
- Assists in preparation of reports as assigned, including collecting data and preparing tables.
- Assists the Executive Director, Chief Administrative Officer, and Budget Coordinator with grant administration requirements by logging in documents; preparing communications with grant partners, including participating state agencies, secondary schools, postsecondary institutions, contractors; and maintaining permanent records.
- Processes payment and reimbursement requests related to project activities, reviewing for completeness and accuracy, and ensuring required documentation is provided.
- Maintains accurate financial records to report status of funds available or expended and a database of payment and reimbursements. Ensures accuracy of expenditures, data security, and maintenance of records.
- Prepares program status and financial reports for the participating partners, grant makers, and state entities in alignment with funding requirements and state policies.
- Assists with the development of grant proposals, funding strategies, and related materials to fulfill Commission duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of experience related to the essential functions of the position. Any equivalent education and/or work experience may be substituted to meet the minimum qualifications of the position. Must have experience and skill working with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in a related field and experience working within secondary schools or postsecondary education.
Other: A valid Driver's Licence is required. Occasional Travel Required.
