SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Analyst
THE WORK
Join a collaborative and innovative team where you will have the opportunity to develop deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central while contributing to impactful HR transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work independently, participate in solution design discussions, and help organizations optimize their Human Capital Management (HCM) processes through cloud-based technologies.
You will play a key role in the configuration, enhancement, testing, and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into scalable and efficient system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
- Build, test, and deploy packaged software and cloud-based HR solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and enhancements.
- Develop and validate new functionalities to improve system performance and user experience.
- Leverage standard SuccessFactors capabilities and best practices to deliver effective solutions.
- Support application releases and production deployments, including planning, testing, and post-release activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Participate in system testing, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Proven experience configuring and supporting Employee Central modules.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Knowledge of SAP Talent Management and HR processes.
- Experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies, including test planning and execution.
- Exposure to cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
- Experience supporting HR digital transformation or system implementation projects.
