Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a global provider of revenue cycle management (RCM) and specialized clinical services for organizations in their search for a Senior Quality Manager based in Cebu City.
Salary Range: Up to ₱140,000
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift Schedule: Night Shift

The role
We are looking for a Senior Quality Manager to lead the Quality function for our client. This role is responsible for driving quality strategy, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards, leading high-performing quality teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop Quality Managers and Quality Analysts to achieve quality and business objectives.
- Oversee quality audits and ensure compliance with client requirements, HIPAA, and internal quality standards.
- Analyze quality metrics and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality dashboards and reports using advanced Microsoft Excel to support business decisions.
- Partner with Operations, Training, and clients to drive process improvements and maintain quality alignment.
- Lead calibration sessions, business reviews, and quality governance meetings with internal and client stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality management best practices.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 7 years of experience in Quality Management within a BPO environment, with a strong background supporting US Healthcare accounts.
- Proven experience in quality auditing, people management, stakeholder management, and performance improvement.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience creating and maintaining quality dashboards from scratch.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City on a night shift schedule.
