Duties

Reporting to the Officer (Stores), the appointee will oversee the store operation under facilities services section on the Clear Water Bay campus and be required to:

• Responsible for store operations, in lines with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, including but not limited to in-stock and out-stock of inventory items and inventory transfer;
• Assist in store operation and all related issues;
• support the daily store workflow and close collaboration with operations; and
• handle any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Officer.

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• certificate or above, preferably in logistics management;
• 2-3 years or more experience in store management;
• Strong communication skills and team work;
• self-motivated and able to work independently;
• well organized and good time management skills;
• good IT knowledge and familiarity with Word, Excel and word-processing; and
• a good command of English and Chinese.

(Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
