This role within our Irish Real Estate and Infrastructure team offers the chance to work across a wide variety of capital events including but not limited to capital raising, financing processes, debt advisory and investment sales and acquisitions. You will work closely with a diverse public and private sector client base and collaborate across our global network, providing you with significant exposure, leadership opportunities, and the ability to influence strategic growth.
Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position:
More than 3 years’ experience in the real estate or infrastructure sector ideally within in corporate finance/ banking/ investment banking/ family office or similar environment.
Strong numerical, analytical, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex funding and investment opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of producing clear, compelling business cases and client documentation.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to originate, manage, and execute multiple processes/projects simultaneously from start to finish.
Personable team player with the ability to create confidence and trust with both colleagues and clients.
ACA / CFA / ACCA qualified or equivalent is preferable.
What type of work will I be doing?
Manage and execute real estate capital raises (debt & equity), ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.
Analyse and evaluate real estate development and investment funding opportunities, providing data-driven insights to inform the development of funding and capital structures.
Preparing investment memorandums, option reports, and recommendations to support a mix of institutional, private equity and private clients.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, developers, and other key stakeholders.
Sourcing new deals and contributing to strategic growth through the development of compelling business cases.
Collaborating with colleagues across Ireland and Deloitte’s global network to maximise opportunities and deliver growth.
Build relationships with a diverse range of clients, including investors, developers, and other professionals.
