  • Serve as the central coordinator across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Cybersecurity, IT, Legal, Physical Security, and Compliance teams.
  • Establish governance structures, executive reporting processes, program scorecards, and readiness review cadences.
  • Drive implementation and adoption of business processes supporting CUI handling and compliance requirements.
  • Lead organizational change management activities including communications, training, awareness, onboarding, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate implementation and adoption of Eaton Federal Enclave (EFE) and Eaton Supplier CUI Portal (ESCUIP) processes.
  • Partner with suppliers, distributors, and external stakeholders to support readiness activities.
  • Develop executive business cases, readiness dashboards, compliance scorecards, and business impact analyses.
  • Identify readiness gaps, resource constraints, compliance risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Support internal assessments, remediation planning, and certification preparation activities.

## Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program/project management, government contracts, operations, compliance, cybersecurity programs, engineering operations, government business, or business transformation.
  • Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.

To conform to U.S. government export regulations applicable to that information, an applicant must be a U.S. person defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Federal Government, or regulated market segments.
  • Knowledge of CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS, CUI, and federal cybersecurity requirements.
  • Experience leading enterprise compliance, audit, governance, or transformation initiatives.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications.
  • MBA or other advanced business degree.
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership.

## Skills:

  • Strong program management and organizational leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across business functions.
