Amach is an industry-leading technology driven company with headquarters located in Dublin and remote teams in UK and Europe. Our blended teams of local and nearshore talent are optimised to deliver high quality and collaborative solutions.
Founded in 2013, Amach was created to solve a specific problem in aviation: too much complexity, too little usable intelligence. We help airlines modernise their operating model using cloud, data and AI-delivered by teams with deep aviation domain expertise. Our goal is to maximize airlines' operational efficiency by optimizing resource use, reduce costs and increase customer experience and satisfaction. Amach is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with business-level Spanish to join us on a permanent basis, working alongside the technology and change teams of a major international travel and loyalty customer.
You'll own a varied portfolio of technology and business change initiatives end to end, from initiation through to implementation and review. Working across business and technology teams, you'll turn ideas into working outcomes on platforms that operate at significant scale. Business-level Spanish is essential. You'll work with Spanish-speaking teams and stakeholders day to day, and the role involves occasional travel to Spain.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who brings structure to complexity, builds trusted relationships quickly and keeps momentum without sacrificing quality. You'll stay with your initiatives rather than handing them over once they're defined, and you'll be supported by Amach's wider delivery teams throughout.

Key responsibilities & duties include:
- Own multiple technology and business change initiatives from initiation through to implementation, delivering on time, within scope and within budget

- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across technical and business teams, providing clear and consistent communication
- Facilitate governance meetings and keep every party aligned throughout the project lifecycle

- Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, engineering teams and third-party suppliers to deliver measurable business value
- Communicate and document delivery progress in both English and Spanish for stakeholders across multiple locations
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery practices and raise the standard of delivery across the engagement
- Support the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, where they add measurable value
Required skills & qualifications:
- Proven experience delivering technology and business change projects from initiation through to implementation
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects while balancing competing priorities
- Strong project planning and delivery management skills, delivering within agreed scope, budget and timelines
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to build trusted relationships across technical and business teams
- Experience managing project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities

- Experience using delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365
- Able to work onsite in London at least two days per week, with occasional travel to Spain
