All about the role:

As part of this journey, we are looking for a Head of Digital Product B2B to own a portfolio of technology-enabled business capabilities supporting commercial operations, including areas such as CRM, Sales, Trade Partner Journeys, Partner Portals, Pricing and Rebates.

Rporting to the Regional Chief Information Officer, EMEA & APAC,  you will lead multidisciplinary product organizations responsible for defining strategy, prioritization, roadmap, performance, and business value realization across the product portfolio.

The role requires a leader who can connect business strategy with technology execution and continuously evolve products that create measurable value.

What you’ll do:

• Own the B2B product portfolio across EMEA and APAC.
• Define product vision, strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Partner with business leaders to shape priorities and investment decisions.
• Drive value realization and measurable business outcomes.
• Balance innovation, modernization, technical health and operational performance.
• Lead product teams through transformation and operating model evolution.
• Build a high-performing product organization focused on customer and business value.

Who you’re:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale digital product organizations and B2B product portfolios in complex, international environments.
• Proven track record of delivering customer-centric and commercially impactful digital solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence.
• Experience working across multiple geographies and markets, balancing global consistency with local business needs.

• Proven ability to lead teams and organizations through ambiguity, change, and evolving business priorities.
