Business Development Manager – Corporate Relations & Placements

Mahindra University invites applications for the position of Business Development Manager – Corporate Relations & Placements, to build corporate partnerships and generate employment and internship opportunities for MBA and BBA students by engaging with leading organizations across industries.
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and approach companies to establish recruitment partnerships with the University.
Build and maintain relationships with HR heads, recruiters, and industry leaders.
Generate placement and internship opportunities for MBA and BBA students.
Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, and corporate engagement activities.
Explore opportunities for industry collaborations, live projects, and corporate interactions.
Maintain a database of prospective recruiters and track placement opportunities.
Achieve targets for new recruiter acquisition and student placements.
Required Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
4–8 years of experience in business development, corporate relations, or campus placements.
Strong networking, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Note:
Candidates without relevant business development experience will not be considered.
Candidates without experience in MBA student placements will not be considered.
