What You’ll Do

• Protect the community by monitoring for fire, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry
• Patrol regularly to keep residents, staff, visitors, and property safe
• Respond promptly to 911 calls and emergencies, direct emergency personnel, and help with crowd control as needed
• Keep accurate logs, incident reports, and security documentation
• Help with general maintenance as needed, including minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and grounds upkeep

What You’ll Need

• Florida security license (required)
• 2 years of security, law enforcement, or military experience (required)
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record (required)
• CPR/AED certification within 6 months of hire (EMR preferred)
• Must pass a drug screening
• Must be at least 21 years old
