About the Role
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team developing AI-powered healthcare products that enhance patient access — from voice AI agents for patients to supporting platforms and workflows. Your focus will be on building a high-performing team, setting the technical vision, and guiding engineers through execution. Your hands-on expertise will shine in architecture reviews, incident debugging, and leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate shipping.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, hire, and mentor a high-achieving engineering team
• Collaborate with a talented engineering group to design and build new features and products from scratch
• Work autonomously to solve complex, innovative problems
• Drive architectural and design discussions, offering fresh ideas and perspectives
• Engage directly with healthcare professionals to customize software solutions for real-world impact
• Contribute to an agile environment, focusing on rapid development and deployment to meet ambitious goals

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a management role
• Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong foundational engineering skills and experience in designing, building, and scaling enterprise-grade systems
• Excellent systems-thinking: balancing scalability, time-to-market, and user value amid uncertainty
• Willingness to wear multiple hats — from designing and developing to testing and supporting. Comfortable with rapid iteration, experimentation, and learning from failures
• Passion for innovating healthcare technology
