Senior Specialist Facility Management

Lead maintenance activities across HVAC, chillers, UPW, CDA, wastewater, fire protection, and building systems while driving continuous improvement. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Supervise to perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility and facility equipment.  Monitor and maintain utility systems to ensure stable operation and minimize downtime.  Supervise to operate and maintain: Water Cool Chillers, Ultra Pure Water Systems, Wastewater Treatment Systems, Compress Dry Air Systems, Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC), Building Facilities and Infrastructure  Inspection electrical systems, control circuits, and equipment for safe and reliable operation.  Supervise to maintain maintenance records and utility operation logs.  Support internal and external audits related to facility and utility operations.  To ensure compliance with Thai legal requirements, environment all regulations, and safety standards.  Coordinate with contractors and service providers when required.  Support continuous improvement activities to improve

equipment reliability and energy efficiency.  Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power, Mechatronics, Mechanical Tech. or related field  Min 5 years of experience in relevant fields  Experience in cleanroom control air environment Facility utility and Facility maintenance within an electronic manufacturing environment.  Experience in at least several of the following systems: Water CoolChillers, Ultra Pure Water Systems, Wastewater Treatment Systems, Compress Dry Air Systems, Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC), Building Facilities and Infrastructure  Operation & Maintenance fire protection system, Fire prevention system Knowledge of electrical circuits, motor control systems, and basic troubleshooting.  Operation building automation system #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
