What You’ll Do
- Support the end-to-end loan journey, partnering with Loan Writers to help clients achieve successful financing outcomes.
- Prepare and submit a diverse range of lending solutions, including home loans, personal loans, vehicle finance, and asset finance.
- Coordinate documentation, valuations, and lender requirements to keep applications progressing smoothly.
- Build strong client relationships by providing timely updates and exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Gather and assess customer information to support accurate lending submissions and approvals.
- Monitor applications from lodgement through to settlement, proactively managing follow-ups to ensure positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records, manage post-settlement activities, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years' experience of experience in lending or financial services, with a solid understanding of loan products and the end-to-end lending process.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and data.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and good customer service skills with a professional approach.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the flexibility to meet business demands.
Work setup:
- Kuala Lumpur (Mid Valley City): Malaysian hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM MYT) Full time onsite during probation, Hybrid work setup after (onsite 2 days a week).
- Metro Manila (BGC): Philippine hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT) Full time onsite during probation, Hybrid work setup after (onsite 2 days a week).
