Description

- Compiles program productivity or other data through records analysis and direct observation of work activities;
- Performs basic statistical data analysis, using calculator or personal computer;
- Writes and compiles narrative and numeric reports;
- Assists in the administration of projects by maintaining records, locating resource persons, implementing mailings, drafting memoranda and other written material;
- Monitors contracts for compliance with project specifications;
- Recommends adjustments to contract or program changes;
- Attends internal and public meetings, making presentations, answering questions, and gathering information;
- Responds to questions and complaints from the public concerning the project.
- Associate's degree in Business, Public Administration, or Social Sciences, and one (1) year of full-time experience, or its part-time equivalent, monitoring programs, procedures, regulations, or contracts; OR
- Successful completion of twenty-one (21) semester hours in Business, Public Administration, or Social Sciences, AND eighteen (18) months of experience as described in 1. OR
- Two (2) years of experience as described in 1.
