Job Description – Project Assistant
Experience: 4–5 years of experience in infrastructure, transportation, metro, highway, or DPR projects. Candidates with experience in Land Acquisition support, Utility Mapping, stakeholder coordination, project documentation, and field/site activities will be preferred.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out data collection related to Land Acquisition, Utility Mapping, and Utility Diversion for DPR projects.
Coordinate with Government Departments, utility agencies, local authorities, and other stakeholders for collection and verification of project-related information.
Assist in conducting Joint Site Visits, field inspections, and stakeholder meetings.
Collect, compile, verify, and maintain project data, drawings, records, and other project documentation.
Prepare project reports, MIS, meeting minutes, and documentation required for DPR preparation.
Coordinate with internal project teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project activities.
Maintain project correspondence, approvals, and document control.
Provide project coordination and administrative support to the Project Manager and technical team for day-to-day project activities.
