As a Security Officer - Unarmed in Shippingport, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, support security-related procedures, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by greeting visitors, vendors, and employees, managing front desk activity, and following site-specific security-related procedures for the location.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification, processing guest check-ins, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining required logs and/or documentation.
• Answer phones, direct inquiries, and communicate with site contacts regarding deliveries, appointments, and security-related concerns in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Support a professional front desk presence within a manufacturing and industrial location by observing lobby activity, reporting unusual conditions, and helping to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
