We’re on a mission to transform business operations through S/4HANA and data-driven process transformation — delivering scalable, efficient solutions that drive standardization, automation, and business value across the Africa Zone.
As Business Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible:
- Ensure alignment of business and system processes across Africa Zone ERP landscape
- Maintain SAP S/4HANA stability and lead functional workstreams for future rollouts
- Act as key liaison between Zone Business Functions, In-Country Teams, and third-party providers
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end Treasury & Banking processes across all ERP systems
- Gather, design, and deliver business and process requirements
- Provide SAP functional expertise in Invoice-to-Pay / AP / Treasury
- Ensure successful implementation aligned with Steering Committee goals
- Manage prioritization, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with Change Management to drive adoption
- Act as escalation point for complex problem-solving
- Ensure deliverables meet SAP standards and business needs
- Support training material development
Minimum Requirements:
- 3–5 years in a similar role within Consumer Goods (Beverages preferred)
- SAP functional experience or Treasury & Banking domain knowledge
- Experience with Agile/DevOps methods (advantageous)

- Critical thinking & problem-solving
- Understanding of Minimum Internal Control Standards (beneficial)
