How will you value-add?
- Lead valuation engagements for financial reporting, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, dispute resolution, and other strategic purposes.
- Provide technical accounting and valuation advice to clients, with particular focus on IFRS, US GAAP, and valuation-related reporting requirements.
- Manage client relationships, understand business needs, and serve as a trusted advisor on valuation and transaction-related matters.
- Review valuation models, assumptions, and reports to ensure technical accuracy, quality, and compliance with professional standards.
- Lead project teams, oversee engagement delivery, and mentor junior team members to support their professional development.
- Support business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and identifying new opportunities.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. CFA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in Valuation, Transaction Services/FDD, Corporate Finance, or Audit, with experience leading engagements and teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial reporting requirements, and accounting standards (IFRS and/or US GAAP).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated team player with demonstrated leadership, coaching, and client relationship management capabilities.
