- Generate your own pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting, conference presence, and relationship development with hospital and health system leadership
- Sell health workforce development programs to enterprise buyers including COOs, VPs of Operations, CHROs, VPs of Workforce Development, Chief Nurse Executives, and CFOs
- Run the full sales cycle independently from first outreach through contract execution; manage multi-stakeholder, multi-party purchase processes across operations, HR, finance, and clinical leadership simultaneously
- Convert initial pilot programs into annual and multi-year contracts; build the account relationships that drive expansion and renewal over time
- Iterate on go-to-market strategy, messaging, and pitch alongside the General Manager; contribute to the commercial playbook rather than inherit one
- Travel approximately 50% for events, conferences, and client meetings; be present in the market and visible to the health system buyers you serve
- Target a book of approximately 8 to 10 deals per year with a strong annual quota; be motivated by the direct relationship between your effort and your compensation
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated drive, grit, and persistence; a high sense of urgency and a track record of making things happen without waiting for structure or direction
- Experience selling to hospital or health system buyers including operations leadership (COO, VP of Operations), HR leadership (CHRO, VP of Workforce Development), and clinical operations; familiarity with how these organizations buy and who holds the budget
- Comfort running complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles in a startup or early-stage environment; experience navigating MSAs and formal procurement processes with health systems
- Self-sufficiency and entrepreneurial orientation; thrives when building rather than inheriting; comfortable operating without a formalized sales infrastructure
- Experience selling outsourced services, clinical services, workforce solutions, program management, or training and upskilling into healthcare is the right background; the subject matter can be learned, the selling motion cannot
- Located near a hub airport with the ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
