Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for our Talent Acquisition team in Costa Rica. In this hybrid role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders across the region to identify, engage, and hire the talent that drives Veeam's growth. What You Will Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across business functions, from sourcing through offer negotiation and close
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and build effective sourcing and interview strategies
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, job boards, etc.)
• Conduct in-depth candidate screening and assessment to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every touchpoint
• Provide market insights, talent mapping, and hiring trend data to support workforce planning decisions
• Manage offer negotiations and coordinate closely with People Partner and compensation teams to ensure competitive, timely offers
• Keep candidate records current in Greenhouse (our ATS)
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Represent Veeam well, and give every candidate a fair, welcoming experience
• Collaborate with regional and global TA colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve recruiting processes
• Attend local hiring events
• Travel occasionally, under 5% of your time

What You Will Bring

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced or tech/software environment
• Experience supporting Technical Support and/or Sales hiring
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken - (C1 Level minimum)
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles, including technical or specialized positions
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to consult and influence hiring managers at all levels
• Solid understanding of recruiting metrics, sourcing strategies, and labor market trends
• Experience using an ATS and other recruiting/sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to run multiple requisitions at once without losing the thread
• A collaborative, candidate-centric mindset with strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
