Product Manager

We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Product Manager to join our Product Team and help shape, develop, and execute our product strategy.
As a Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through launch and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, define priorities, and deliver products and features that create meaningful value for our customers and support our business goals. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking, customer insight, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
• Understand customer needs through user feedback, data, market research, and collaboration with internal teams.
• Gather, evaluate, and prioritize product requirements and opportunities.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, effort, and technical considerations.
• Work closely with Engineering and Design throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery and planning to delivery and iteration.
• Analyze market trends, competitive products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.
• Define, monitor, and communicate key product metrics and KPIs.
• Use data and customer insights to evaluate product performance and guide product decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on product launches, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Communicate product priorities, plans, decisions, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
• Act as a key link between business stakeholders, customers, and the Product Team.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and overall product performance.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or a related product-focused role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and business teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance competing needs and constraints.
• Experience working with product management and project tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with product metrics, analytics, and data to measure outcomes and inform decisions.
• Strong customer focus and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in EdTech, SaaS, e-commerce, or other digital products.
• Experience working on products that serve both individual customers and businesses.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user-centered product development.
• Experience with product analytics and experimentation.
• Experience conducting customer interviews, usability testing, or other product discovery activities.
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
