What would you do? • Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. • The team helps assess design build and implement best practices on process organization and technology to create execute and run a collaborative sales and support roles • Ability to verbally engage in a concise manner with stakeholders to share opinions or information to convey meaning, construct shared understanding, or promote action.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Oral Communications - P1 • The Senior Associate role reflects a higher level of skill and several years experience. This role is responsible for executing complex processes that involve manage complex, highvolume, or high value order portfolios requiring advanced judgement and exception handling, Analyse root causes of order failures, fulfilment delays, Design, review, and maintain SOPs, process maps, and work instructions for the order management team. • job designations used in industry are Senior Officer, Senior Accounts etc. 3+ plus years of experience.
Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems. • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture. • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and or Accenture management. • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments. • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others. • In this role you would be an individual contributor and or oversee a small work effort and or team. • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
