As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist on our Corporate team, you’ll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon’s Business thriving. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in driving efficiency and innovation within our sales operations. By focusing on process optimization and automation, you will contribute to building sustainable and scalable sales processes. Additionally, you will support key operational Sales Operations tasks, such as RfQ handling, Account Clearing, and Sample Ordering, enabling smooth internal workflows and timely support for customer projects. Support Sales Operations tasks , including RfQ handling, Account Clearing, Sample Ordering, etc, to support seamless sales operations and ensure accurate and timely execution Support in executing sales planning for selected business units Drive the optimization and automation of sales-related processes , enabling efficiency and scalability across the sales organization Develop and enhance tools using Excel, Tableau, and Infineon internal platforms to streamline workflows and improve data visualization and accessibility Analyze, adapt, and customize data reporting to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring alignment with client processes and objectives Drive process improvements by identifying bottlenecks, implementing innovative solutions, and aligning with cross-functional teams to sustain continuous improvement Collaborate with sales teams to validate and refine process and tool enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You have a passion for sales
operations, with a structured and strong business mindset. You keep the big
picture in mind, with a team player attitude that gives you the ability to
motivate and inspire your team. A degree in business administration, industrial or electronics engineering or
a related field At least 3 years of experience in sales , purchasing or
on other position involving close customer contact (ideally in the automotive
or semiconductor industry and in a big global acting company) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced
mode), Tableau (or Power BI), SAP and
database programs Experience with automation tools (ABBYY,
DocuClipper, UiPath) is a plus Have excellent analytical skills and are able to work
with complex data Have a technical understanding as well as in-depth
