As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist on our Corporate team, you’ll play a vital part in building the frameworks, relationships, and processes that keep Infineon’s Business thriving. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role In this role, you will support Demand Creation and Revenue Fulfilment activities for major global automotive customers, working closely with our Account Management team to drive business success and operational excellence. Support the Demand Creation and Revenue Fulfilment in coordination with Account management for several automotive customers operating worldwide Conduct operative Sales Operations activities including sample management, clarification of overdue payments, creation of debit & credit notes, processing of customer inquiries, Product Change support, etc Handle price information and quote requests Support the Account management in the preparation and implementation of annual price negotiations for selected Product Lines, including analysis and plausibility checks of customer data, preparing and aligning of prices according to the VPA process, exchanging required VPA files in coordination with account management and global VPA responsible Create presentations, analyses, and reports using BI data sources (SAP, proprietary reporting tools, MS Office) for plan-actual comparisons and sales development tracking Support in executing sales planning and contribute to the optimization of sales-related processes Optimize sales-related processes and contribute efficiency-increasing measures and innovative ideas Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You have a passion for sales operations, with a structured and strong business mindset. You keep the big picture in mind, with a team player attitude that gives you the ability to motivate and inspire your team. Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field 3-5 years of experience in sales, purchasing, or close customer contact positions in the B2B environment , ideally in the automotive or semiconductor industry In-depth expertise in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis (proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with complex data sets Technical understanding combined with strong commercial and communication skills Full proficiency in English (written and spoken) Willingness to travel to Germany 1-2 times per year for trainings and team workshops Please send us your CV in English #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
